Returns and exchanges

It is important to us that you are satisfied with your purchase, which is why we want it to be easy to return or exchange.

Return Sweden

If you want to change the size of a product, you place a new order. You have 14 days to cancel. If you want to make a return, contact us at hello@daisycut.se and we will email you a return label. We charge a fee of 59 SEK for returns, this cost will be deducted from the refund.

When returning, the garments must be unused, in their original packaging and with the tags still attached.

You are responsible for the return reaching us and that it is undamaged. Make sure the product is properly packaged and keep the receipt for the return until it has been confirmed by us.

Refunds for returns will be made within 14 days after Daisy Cut has received your return and will be made to the same payment method used for the original purchase.

Changes

If you want to exchange the size, color or model of a product, you need to place a new order. To return the item you want to exchange, contact us at hello@daisycut.se and we will email you a return label. Once your return has been received and inspected by us, we will issue a refund. We charge a fee of 59 SEK for the return, but offer you free shipping on the replaced product. We reserve the right to refuse the return if the garment is used, dirty or without tags and original packaging.

Complaint

If you make a complaint about a defective or incorrect product, Daisy Cut will of course be responsible for both shipping and return costs. Contact us at hello@daisycut.se and we will email you a return slip.
