A short story about going a little further

You could say that sisters Lotta and Helena, who are behind the Daisy Cut brand, have tennis in their blood. The sport has always been close to the family's heart and the sisters have played since they were children. Especially at the tennis club in the Stockholm archipelago that their grandfather helped start in the 40s. These days, they mostly try to sweep the court with the next generation, both in tennis and padel.

Perhaps it was Grandma Kajsa, who played tennis well into her 70s – and of course always in a skirt – who inspired the sisters to realize their dream of creating the ultimate sports skirt. Grandma used to grumble that skirts were too short. And apparently some things take time to change.

The Battle of the Skirt

Since fashion on the sports skirt front had not changed significantly decades later, the sisters decided to take matters into their own hands.

Working with specialists in a range of fields – from sewing and design to material technology and sustainability – they developed a skirt with enough length and functionality to give the wearer both maximum freedom of movement and peace of mind. Every seam, every detail and every small design element is carefully crafted with function and comfort as well as aesthetics in mind to create the ultimate sports skirt.

Because you want to feel both stylish and confident when you put everything you have into it. Whether it's on the court, in the gym or on the skateboard ramp.
