By ordering from our website www.daisycut.se you accept our terms and conditions. Daisy Cut follows the Consumer Purchase Act and refers to the Swedish National Board of Complaints and Swedish law. We ship packages within Sweden.

Purchase agreement

A purchase agreement is concluded when you choose to register your order at the checkout. An order confirmation is then generated automatically without manual review. If any error in the order occurs, we will contact you to handle the matter further, this may involve a reservation, that the product you ordered has had a changed delivery time or other unforeseen events.

We reserve the right to make any product information on the website inaccurate due to typographical or technical errors. Please note that product images on the website may sometimes differ from reality and may not always be an exact representation of the actual product. Colors, materials and appearance may vary due to image quality and monitor settings.

You must be 18 years old to shop with us.

All prices are in Swedish kronor (SEK) including 25% VAT.

Order and delivery

We usually ship your order within 24 hours (weekdays) after we receive your order. Normal delivery time within Sweden is 2-5 days. Shipping cost within Sweden: 49 SEK. Free shipping on orders over 600 SEK.

We reserve the right to final sales and any pricing errors that may occur. In these cases, Daisy Cut will contact you to see how you would like to proceed with your order.

When you have placed your order, you will receive an automatic email confirming that we have received your order. If you do not receive a confirmation, please check your spam folder. Otherwise, please contact us at hello@daisycut.se .

Once your order has left the warehouse, you will receive a new email stating that the order is on its way.

The order can be tracked if the shipping company provides that service.

The order will be sent to your home or to a representative. When the package is available for collection, you will receive an SMS notification. It is important that you have entered your phone number correctly when you placed the order.

If your delivery is delayed, please contact us at hello@daisycut.se . Please note that the above delivery times are estimates only and longer delivery times may apply.  

All deliveries are made from Sweden.

Incorrect delivery details and unclaimed packages
Please make sure to fill in the correct address details. Once the order has been sent, we cannot cancel or change the delivery address on the order. If you need to change your delivery address before the order has been sent from the warehouse, contact us at hello@daisycut.se and we will help you.

Packages that are not picked up will be returned to Daisy Cut. If this happens, an unclaimed package fee of SEK 100 will be charged for administration costs. Unclaimed packages are not covered by the right of withdrawal.

Return

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day the delivery was picked up or received, according to the Distance and Door-to-Door Sales Act.

If you would like to make a return, please contact us at hello@daisycut.se and we will email you a return label. We charge a fee of 49 SEK for returns, this cost will be deducted from the refund.

When returning, the garments must be unused. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the garment is used, dirty or without tags and original packaging.

When you return a product to us, you are responsible for ensuring that the return reaches us and that it is undamaged. Therefore, always ensure that the product is properly packaged and always keep the receipt for the return until it has been confirmed by us.

Refunds for returns will be made within 14 days after Daisy Cut has received your return and will be made to the same payment method used for the original purchase.

Exchanges and complaints

Changes
If you want to exchange the size, color or model of a product, you need to place a new order. To return the item you want to exchange, contact us at hello@daisycut.se and we will email you a return label. Once your return has been received and inspected by us, we will issue a refund. We charge a fee of 49 SEK for the return, but offer you free shipping on the replaced product. We reserve the right to refuse the return if the garment is used, dirty or without tags and original packaging.

Complaint

If you make a complaint about a defective or incorrect product, Daisy Cut will of course be responsible for both shipping and return costs. Contact us at hello@daisycut.se and we will email you a return slip.

Discount codes and offers

Discount codes cannot be combined and do not apply to items that are discounted during a campaign. If you have used a discount code that was not issued to you, we reserve the right to refuse use and contact you to cancel your order or charge the discounted amount.

It is not permitted to share discount codes publicly on social media or other external channels, unless this has been clearly communicated and approved by us.

Offers are always valid while stocks last unless otherwise stated.

Payment methods

Daisy Cut uses Shopify Payments. You can shop with American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna, Maestro, Mastercard & Visa.

When paying by card, the money is deducted immediately upon order.

Dispute

In the event of any dispute, Daisy Cut follows the Consumer Purchase Act and refers to the Swedish National Board of Complaints and Swedish law.

Intellectual property rights

The website, www.daisycut.se , and all content on it, is owned by Viamare Invest AB. This means that images and graphics, design, layout, as well as information about products and other content may not be copied or used without written permission from Viamare Invest AB.
